“That peaceful land, that beautiful land, that far-off home of solitude and soft idleness, and repose, and reams, where life is one long slumberous Sabbath, the climate one long summer day, and the good that die experience no change, for they but fall asleep in one heaven and wake up in another.”—Mark Twain on Hawaii (via soul-surfer)
coffee I’ve got. It’s filters I’m lacking. Almost had a George of the Jungle moment with the coffee grounds…javajavajavajava
here’s a simple solution to those filterless days:
cowboy coffee - use the same coffee to water ratio that you normally would. put them both into a pot. boil it for a few minutes. then hold your pot under a small stream of cool tap water while moving it around (this causes the grinds to settle back to the bottom of the pot). then pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!! :)
Are you still in the 808? If so, what kind of adventures have you had lately? Cheers mate, Justin
yep, still here! not too many adventures as of recent. Work has been bogging me down. I did, however, ride fixed around the island (including keana point) last month. I’m overdue for an adventure for sure. I’m nursing a centipede bite on my foot at the moment, and its swollen to the size of a softball haha. so thats keeping me in the recliner for the weekend… :(
It seems like every Friday night that I end up sitting in my carport alone, drinking choice beverages and listening to music because I can’t find anything else to do and no one to do it with. I promise I’m not that lame…
Men are a dying breed. Sure, there are males walking around, but real men hardly exist. I see my contemporaries. Always trying to stay “fresh”. Always worrying about what new sneakers are coming out. always worrying if their eyebrows are done. always worrying about things they shouldn’t.
